I first sampled Phoung's springrolls when she donated a platter for our Neighborhood Planning Assembly's celebration of good neighbors. I've eaten about 40 since then -- can't seem to drive by without the car being drawn to Phoung's Kitchen. The food is so fresh, so delicious, and heart healthy, too!
