Good size portions with a relaxed atmosphere. Family friendly and something for everyone. Despite what some of these fine folks write lunch is not very expensive and dinner is reasonably priced for a non chain restaurant ie. they cook fresh ingredients. Plus they're new dinner menu is playful and thoughtful. Give em a try!!!

Made reservations for mothers day brunch at Trader Dukes at 10:30am. I was kind of expecting their usual brunch (which we really do enjoy). They did mention on the phone during the reservation that the brunch seating was going to be in one of the ball rooms(but we thought because it was going to be so crowded that they had to add additional seats). Turns out they shut down the restaurant at 10:30 and had only the ballrooms open for brunch. They had 1 person seating every table (and there were lots of people waiting by this time). We finally got seated about 10:50ish after asking twice what the hold up was. They sat us in one of the ballrooms at a table (felt like we were at a wedding and knew no one). The buffet was in another room. The presentation looked good, but the food was luke warm at best. No pancakes, french toast, omelets. We paid $24 per person for a wedding style buffet. We both said we won't let that happen again.
